You can submit your proposal or complaint to the Mental Health Centre on paper or by e-mail to info@vaimsetervisekeskus.ee.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. The proposal must contain the name, personal identification number, telephone number, and e-mail address of the person submitting the proposal, date, content of the proposal and, if possible, the solution.<\/p>\n<p>3.
