I have graduated from the University of Tartu with a master’s degree in psychology, I am a certified clinical psychologist and I am a member of the Estonian Professional Association of Clinical Psychologists and the Estonian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy. In addition to other professional trainings, I have undergone basic training in cognitive-behavioral therapy. In my work, I mainly deal with psychotherapy and cognition and personality research to help a person understand and make sense of what is happening to himself and improve the skills to cope with difficulties.
