Procedure for submitting and resolving proposals and complaints

It is important for us to provide a high-quality service, so we take every suggestion and complaint very seriously and do our best to find a solution that works for both parties.

Confidentiality requirements will be respected when recording and resolving proposals and complaints.

 

Submitting a proposal or complaint

1. You can submit your proposal or complaint to the Mental Health Centre on paper or by e-mail to info@vaimsetervisekeskus.ee. 

2. The proposal must contain the name, personal identification number, telephone number, and e-mail address of the person submitting the proposal, date, content of the proposal and, if possible, the solution.

3. The complaint must contain the name, personal identification number, telephone number, and e-mail address of the person submitting the complaint, date, content of the complaint, and the desired solution.
