I have a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Tartu. I gained my first work experience working as a psychologist and group therapist at the Tallinn Psychiatric Clinic. I am the importer of the psychodrama method and the first courses and seminars in this field in Estonia. I have a licence for a solution-focused brief therapy course, I know the principles of cognitive-behavioural therapy and use them in my work. I have long-term work experience in a recruitment company, where I gained extensive experience in the field of assessing people’s mental capacity, personal qualities, leadership qualities and motivation. I am skilled in helping and advising people on topics related to work, career and career choice, based on their personal characteristics, prerequisites and abilities.
When I started working as a psychologist in individual appointments, I have helped and supported people on topics such as anxiety, depression, stress and mental burnout, self-esteem and relationship problems, as well as the work-related issues mentioned above (including relationships at work with colleagues and superiors, burnout, work stress, career issues). I’ve been told that I’m empathetic, open-minded and have a good sense of humour. I love nature, movement and Latin American dances. I like to read – I am interested in culture and history, as well as the actions and motives of people throughout the ages. Adults and adolescents from the age of 17 are welcome to the appointment.
