Merilin Priilinn-Türk
I have graduated with a master’s degree in psychology from Tallinn University. I base my work on the approaches of various therapies, some of them are: 1) cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT); 2) solution-centered short therapy, 3) systemic family therapy, 4) emotion-focused therapy, 5) crisis counseling. Every person is different and there is no one one-size-fits-all approach. In cooperation with you, I will try to find the best opportunities for you to achieve the desired goals. I carry out evaluations and interventions.
More about me. Balance in anything is important to me, e.g. stability is needed to counterbalance the challenges of everyday working life, spontaneity to balance routine, and just “doing nothing” in the meantime. I am also guided in my choice of leisure activities by what currently fills my soul and mind at that moment, I often borrow myself: 1) spending time with loved ones, 2) in the bosom of nature: in the bog, in the forest, by the sea, 3) trying new activities, discovering locations and experiencing experiences, and 4) cooking.
However, the greatest feeling of peace still arises when you are with loved ones, spending quality time with the most dear ones. I also respect traveling, the good food of different cuisines of the world, and rarely after a lot of effort do I consider it important to just “do nothing” in order to really relax!
The most important values for me are, on the one hand, simple, but on the other hand, they can also be complicated – sincerity, honesty and openness. This is also the case in working life, so that a trusting bond and a safe atmosphere can and can be created.
I look forward to seeing you if you are an adult or adolescent from the age of 18
