Psychologist

I graduated from Tallinn University with a degree in psychology with a focus on clinical psychology and studied psychology at the University of Tartu for a master’s degree. At the University of Tartu, I took a course in cognitive behavioural therapy and studied individual and group approaches. In addition, I have gone through
CARe methodology training.

I have worked with people diagnosed with severe schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and autism. In addition, he has assisted and advised people with depression, stress, addiction, anxiety and ATH disorder.

I have successfully helped people with a difficult diagnosis in finding a job and have cooperated with the Unemployment Insurance Fund.

I am fluent in Estonian and communicate fluently in English.
