Mirjam Varik

Psychologist

I graduated from Tallinn University with a master’s degree in psychology in 2020 with a specialization in counseling psychology. In addition, I have completed initial training in cognitive-behavioural therapy and have also improved myself in the field of occupational health. It is worth contacting me if you have noticed symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, signs of low self-esteem or excessively high expectations for yourself, have perceived a decrease in your ability to work (burnout) or experienced stressful problems in the work environment (e.g. work bullying).
I love to spend moments of rest actively and accompanied by music, either in the gym or when moving outside. In addition to physical activity, high-quality time spent with friends also helps to relieve the stresses caused by everyday life.
