I graduated from Tallinn University with a master’s degree in psychology in 2020 with a specialization in counseling psychology.

After obtaining my master’s degree, I have accumulated knowledge and practical skills by working with various people both in a psychiatric hospital and in a private clinic.

I also consider constant self-improvement important – among other things, I have completed the initial course of cognitive-behavioral therapy and I am currently studying in crisis counselor training.

As a young psychologist, I consider my strengths to be openness, sincere curiosity and the energy to think along.
