I graduated from Tallinn Pedagogical University majoring in psychology and social pedagogy. I have an education corresponding to a master’s degree and a professional certificate as a psychologist-counselor. I have completed the cognitive-behavioral therapy basic course, motivational interviewing, and solution-oriented brief therapy courses. I have work experience in counseling both children and adults, having worked as a psychologist in a school, prison, study, career counseling center, addiction treatment, rehabilitation centers, and hospital. In my work, I consider it important to help people understand what is happening to them and to improve their skills to cope with difficulties.
